My home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many entertainment spots nearby. Broncos and Rockies stadiums are located 2 miles away, and everything that downtown Denver has to offer is within a very close proximity. World-class skiing including Vail, Frisco, Winter Park, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin, in under 90 minutes, as well as renowned casinos and snow sports!
The private room is located on the first floor in a 3-bedroom home with a PRIVATE bathroom accessed across a hallway. The bedroom is equipped with a Yale electronic keypad that can only be opened with a code and locked from the inside for complete privacy.

I have curated all spaces with all of the amenities I believe to be important such as high-speed internet, a private in-room 65-inch smart TV, a coffee bar, an iron/ironing board as well as high-end sheets and towels.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all new and premium appliances. I am confident that you will find everything that you will need to cook any meal or quick snack. You will share the full-size fridge with another guest staying in the upstairs bedroom. Full-size fridge shared with only 1 other guest.

There is plenty of street parking right in front of the premises so feel free to find a spot. Please note that from April to November on the first Tuesday of every month there is street sweeping. On this date, please park your car across the street the night before. By Tuesday evening, you may continue to park regularly in front of the house.
