Positive: The view from many of the rooms is spectacular. Right across the valley to the mountains beyond. It is nice being out of town - quiet and private (not on a busy road). Parachute is close by and a slightly bigger town, Rifle (with a much better grocery store) is about 15 min away. We used the property as a base for three days to explore the Rifle Gap State Park and do white water rafting in Glenwood Springs. We liked the huge deck and outdoor fire pit but is was so windy during our stay we didn’t use it very much. The house is very well equipped and the owner and local contact were exceptionally quick to rectify the minor issues we did have. The owner also responded very quickly to our feedback about our stay too. Very well done.

Negative: Nothing significant.

Summary: Really nice, homey house with plenty of privacy and great views.
