Our 5 bed/ 3 bathroom home located in the heart of Gleneagle just minutes from USAFA will certainly be a place you'll want to come back to year after year. With room to sleep 13 people on two different levels you'll have space for the entire extended family. The view from the front of the house is truly breathtaking. Our home is perfect for families but also for the wellness enthusast. With a multi use work out machine in the basement as well as a sauna, you can get a workout in & relax after.

Gleneagle is an upscale residential community in northern Colorado Springs just minutes from USAFA. It is known for its quiet, scenic atmosphere, mature trees and Mountain views.
You will have access to the entire property except one locked supply closet.
As you enter Rampart Vista you will see a large chefs kitchen with plenty of space to whip up whatever you desire and island seating for four. The massive couch in the living room will seat all 13 guests easily and with a view of Pikes Peak. Right off the living room is the dining room with a table that seats 8. On this level you will also have access to the 3 car garage and laundry room. The master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom is also on the main level. The second bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom round out the top level.
In the walk out lower level you will have another living room with a pool table/ping pong table, weight machine and pull out couch. The sauna room is also located downstairs. Two queen bedrooms & a third bedroom with 1 full bed & 1 twin bed is also downstairs. A large bathroom rounds out the lower level of our home.
You will lack for nothing as you enjoy your time at Rampart Vista. From a view you will never forget, to hours of downtime spent enjoying games galore & ending the day relaxing in our sauna you will have a hard time forgetting your time visiting Colorado Springs!
You willl want a car but lyft/uber are available in this area
Please note our home is non smoking, all smoking must be done in the rear and all butts must be cleaned up.
