Even though the home is on 5 acres, it is just minutes north of everything Colorado Springs has to offer. Only 5 minutes from the Air Force Academy. Just 5 minutes from the interstate (I-25), you will find commuting to local attractions simple and quick.

The home has 3 king beds, 2 queen beds (1 is a couch pull out), and 4 twin beds.
On the main level you will find the great room with vaulted ceilings and large windows to view Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains. The large kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay. The main level has two bedrooms and one full bath.
Upstairs is the Master suite, complete with a large soaker tub.
The basement has one bedroom, a full bath, laundry room and living room. Here you will also find the climbing wall!
Also on the main level you have a large bonus room which could be used as a family suite or a bunk room for the kids with its own full bath!
