2 Bedroom House in Castle Rock
Come enjoy our beautiful, newly remodeled. quiet 2100 sq basement with walkout with private entrance and lighted walkway. The home is on open space and you will often see deer, elk, coyotes and many other wild animals. The space includes a spacious master suite and a smaller suite each with private baths. The master has a beautiful walk-in shower, heated floor, working area and TV. The other spacious suite has a private shower and tub with heated floors. We have an additional bedroom if needed. If you need more bed space there are two leather couches and a blowup mattress that can be provided.
We have one more room upstairs with private bath that could be used but at an additional cost.
There is a full kitchen with frig, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, Keurig machine, toaster and blender. There are two dining areas including a bar close to the kitchen with plenty of room to move around. In the summer you can enjoy coffee on the several patios. There is cookware and plenty of wine glasses. The living area includes two leather couches and a large smart TV with plenty of sitting space. Enjoy breakfast in two eating areas.
This single family home has a large deck, several patios, hottub, a fire pit and BBQ grill. There are walking trails throughout the neighborhood and a community pool in the summer. We also have a large tent in the summer for outdoor dining. We add an above ground pool in the summertime. The outlet mall is close by for great shopping.
This location is perfect for family gatherings and social get togethers.
There are comparable locations in our neighborhood but ours is spacious and super comfy. Please feel free to ask questions. We love to interact with our guests and share our outdoor The yard is full of flowers all summer and fall. Please let us know your needs before booking.
My husband is a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. I have car rentals available if needed. They are available for pickup and drop off at DIA.
We have a silver lab retriever who loves to play. We can allow another dog up to 25 lbs. They must be potty trained and well mannered. Pet fee is $75.
Our quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of us and our neighbors. We prefer you use the backyard for entertaining but know that we also entertain there as well.
There is parking space for one or two cars in the driveway. Nearby parking is available if needed. Do not park in the cul de sac as it is not allowed by local police. The door code will be given upon arrival.
