Brand new 2023 basement includes a spacious living room with family sofa, tv and entertainment items, kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, fully stocked cabinets for cooking.
The bedroom has queen size bed and full bathroom with shower, and washer and dryer. The house entrance has touchpad and shared with the owners, located close to I 25 and other major roads, easy to find and in very peaceful neighborhood .

NO SHOES in the house is one of my important rules, as I want to keep the house clean at the same way for every guest.
