To further adjust the temperature and humidity in the unit, guests may use the fireplace, space heater, extra blankets, windows, portable fan, and/or two humidifiers.
There is a Nest HVAC system shared with the upstairs unit. Nest requires 4-degree range and is set to be between 66-70 degrees Fahrenheit. The AC is generally on only between 8 PM and midnight. The heat is generally only on between 6 AM and 11am. Please avoid closing any HVAC vents completely as that will counteract and overwork the Nest system and do not adjust at all the Return Vent (labeled).
