The house has a fenced-in patio for your use 4 outdoor chairs, a hammock, and a brand new grill. Light up the BBQ and enjoy the famous CO weather! There is parking on the street for up to 1 and potentially 2 vehicles. Please park in front of the house; not in front of the neighbors homes. Our neighbors like to park in front of their own homes. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
