THE AREA
The Gleneagle neighborhood is nestled in a well established community with all original crafted homes. Located in Northern Colorado Springs and surrounded by a fast growing landscape of new local businesses, exciting attractions and one of a kind restaurants populating the region you are sure to feel you are tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but still have all the comfy amenities you need.
It is a quick 5 minutes to the entrance of The Air Force Academy. The Gleneagle community has walking trails and there is an adjacent open space with trails just to the south of the property. Another quick 5 minute drive to nearby attractions includes Top Golf, IFly Indoor Skydiving, Air 360 Trampolines, Magnum Shooting Range and the zippy go-karts at Overdrive Racing is sure to keep everyone entertained. Outdoor and cultural adventures include a 30 minute drive to the famous Garden of the Gods park, 35 minutes to the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Cave of the Winds Mountain Park and the entrance to the iconic Pikes Peak (there is a new visitor center at the summit). Explore the nearby north region’s Old West heritage by panning for gold at the Western Museum of Mining & Industry. The prestigious Broadmoor and charming Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (you can hand feed the giraffes!) is 30 minutes south off the main highway I-25.
