This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Graciously remodeled, this contemporary home in the elite, gated Starwood subdivision has unrivaled, expansive views from Independence Pass to Mount Sopris. Originally designed by Robin Molny, a Frank Lloyd Wright apprentice, his design was thoughtfully incorporated into the renovation that was completed in October of 2021. Designed with clean lines to showcase the Owneru2019s art collection, and with sumptuous living in mind, this home has it all. Ample living space, gym, office, game room, saltwater swimming pool and hot tub. You really donu2019t even have to leave; we will deliver the groceries! Centrally located, the living room has 20u2019 ceilings with skylights to let in natural light, a wood burning fireplace, wet bar, game table and 46u201d flat screen television. On the west side of the home, up one flight of stairs, get cozy with your morning coffee in the solarium which hosts a gas fireplace and a 1929 Steinway player grand piano. Take in the stunning mountain views through the 38u2019 glass wall that opens to an extended pool deck in the summer and enjoy the falling snow on the mountains in the winter next to the fireplace. The spacious primary bedroom is also on this level, as well as the kitchen (with 6 burner gas range, dishwasher, breakfast bar with 3 chairs), dining room, Butleru2019s pantry (with wine chiller, full Sub-Zero refrigerator, coffee service) a powder room, 3/4 bath and a sitting room with television and 2 chairs. There is formal dining for 10 at the dining table and additional seating for three at the counter.
