Located 8-10 minutes drive from Aspen with ski access to Tiehack and Buttermilk. The very private top level is a luxurious master bedroom suite with separate his and hers bathrooms. The Estate has an office with a broadband connection along with guest access to an Apple Computer and a printer/scanner and fax machine. There is also high speed wifi available throughout the house. The Estate also comes equipped with top of the line kitchen appliances and a spacious eat-in Kitchen. The house also has state of the art (savant) entertainment and theatre systems, an Xbox One, a Pool table, Table tennis table as well as a Karaoke machine and many other games for kids and adults! There is also a full bar set up in the entertainment room and a large hot tub to enjoy after a long day of skiing. Located on the Buttermilk ski mountain, the Tiehack high-speed quad lift is a minutes drive away. You can also ski out by walking across the street to the ski slope. The estate is also walking distance from cross-country ski trails and the Aspen Recreation Center, which has an indoor pool, ice skating rink and rock climbing.
