The backyard is fenced-in with a swing set. The best feature of this house is its location and layout. The basement provides a lot of privacy. Platt Park is a very desirable pedestrian-friendly neighborhood.
Just blocks from the light rail, shops, restaurants, and bars on Broadway, and 3.9 miles from downtown. Walking distance to Light Rail at Pearl & Louisiana station. 4 blocks to Pearl St.
My house is very welcoming and it is one you do not have to walk on eggshells in. This is a family home you can relax in with ease. There is a backyard with a grill and swing set for kids. The backyard is completely fenced in.
2-bedroom house located in south central Denver. One bedroom is on the main level, one bedrooms are in the basement. Four people can sleep comfortably. Both bedrooms have a queen bed.
The plumbing in this house is very old. Do not flush anything extra.
I have a swamp cooler that is located in the laundry room. For it to work a window in the bedroom and living room need to be cracked about 3 inches. If all of the windows are shut the unit does not function properly.
Close to the interstate for travel, far enough away from the interstate to be quiet. Off-street parking in one car private garage. Excellent location, an excellent price. You will not want to go home!

This is a mixed-use residential/business neighborhood. It is pedestrian friendly with tree-lined streets. The community is in the middle of Denver but surprisingly quiet. The house is located one block from Broadway's Antique Row Shops and five blocks from Pearl St. Business District. If you are seeking a party house this would not be a good property for you. I live in a very quiet neighborhood.
