With spectacular views of Wyoming and mountains in Routt Forest from two upper decks, it's a perfect setting for your morning coffee. Lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery makes this a truly wonderful place to escape the busyness of life. There is cistern water and limited solar power with a generator backup. Offgrid and rustic it's a perfect place to just check out and enjoy your surroundings and serenity. ********IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THIS PROPERTY IS ACCESSIBLE BY SNOWMOBILE ONLY DURING WINTER MONTHS, USUALLY NOVEMBER TO MAY. ALSO, BECUASE OF IT BEING OFFGRID EXTRA ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING DURING THESE MONTHS.
