BICYCLES: Inside the garage are 2 quality bicycles with keypad locks to use during your stay. Upon check in, we will provide you with the bike lock key pad codes and ask you to always keep the bikes safely locked up when unattended. If you need more than 2 bikes, let us know and we will loan you extra bikes. (Please bring your own safety helmets.)

TIMNATH RESERVOIR PASS: A 9-minute drive away, Timnath Reservoir offers swimming, fishing, hiking & biking on trails, picnic areas, open space, water sports, community events and more.
PET-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: We are dog-friendly and welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. All dogs must be pre-approved in advance of booking and a monthly pet fee is due when booking. We provide a pet bowl, dog clean-up bags and fully-fenced back yard with a "doggy doo doo" area made with artificial grass. Right outside the front door is a dog-friendly walking/bike trail with cleanup bags offered along trail. Upon request, we can install a doggy door in the patio doors that lead outside into a fully-fenced back yard. Doggy door installation is available from April 1st to October 31, weather permitting.
