A very safe and quiet neighborhood with the kindest neighbors. Sloans Lake is an easy walk (10-15min) or quick run where you can catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets overlooking the city.
Super convenient to grab food as there is a cute coffee shop and juice shop within walking distance, and a quick 5min drive will bring you to Edgewater Public Market where you can find ramen, empanadas, ice cream, newly opened shake shack(!!) and more. Tennyson street is nearby that is super charming with lots of boutiques and restaurants.

The light switch (labeled keep on) closest to the entrance door controls the electricity panel that is connected to the tripod lamp fixture and the television. Switch must be flipped up in order to power the lamp and TV.
