7 Bedroom House in Edgewater, Wheat Ridge
Large two-story home, elegantly designed, very spacious and completely renovated by ourselves, with a washer and dryer. a big patio and fire pit.

Nice quiet neighborhood very close to beautiful Sloans Lake, and only 5 or 6 minutes from Downtown Denver (if the three lights are green:), perfect for convention and festival goers. No pets allowed.
Seven bedrooms. There is a large living room with a Smart TV and WiFi. Also with a pull-out sofa bed.
Out back there is a patio with table and chairs, and a backyard as well. There is a sweet, historic mansion in a nice park across the street, where there are sometimes weddings held. Wonderful Sloan's Lake is just down the street. There are great restaurants all around, at the lake, and in the trendy West Highlands area (W. 32nd St. and Lowell Blvd.), which is nearby, with all the cool shops, eateries and bars. Off street parking. Bus stop a half a block away on Sheridan Blvd. and W 29th Ave.

A king bed, 2 murphy beds, 2 pull-out sofa beds and 7 bunk beds (3 of which have futons and all 7 bunk beds have a full-size mattress on the bottom). 2 fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Out back there is a patio with table, chairs, fire pit and a back yard as well.

Please no parties allowed and keep in mind that the same rules as a hotel would apply. Very loud music after hours, very loud voices, singing, shouting etc. that would not be tolerated at a hotel will not be tolerated here. If you are desiring to throw a party, accommodations can be made for an extra cost, depending on the size of the party, approximately $100. If a party is thrown without prior approval, $150 fee will be charged to the account. Thank you for your understanding as this has been an ongoing concern here when hosting large groups of people.
