Many condominium communities are restricting short-term renting. This community has reacted to very undesireable instances of very unruly parties happening causing disturbances. The HOA has increased the minimum rental stay to 6 months. As an owner using VRBO that wants to maintain a furnished rental that doubles as a second home, the market for potential guests looking for a furnished place for 6 months is unsustainable. This condominium is right across from our Blue Sky Condos clubhouse where the exercise facility, outdoor pool (seasonal), and year-round hot tub are located.
*This is a well respected golf course, operated by the University of Colorado, and situated in the Vista Ridge developments. It is a public course, and has it's own corporate management. No special rates are afforded to the condo complex.
