This newly updated apartment is the perfect space for one person or a couple. The studio apartment has a comfortable Queen bed + large HD Roku TV mounted on the wall. The Queen bed has plenty of extra pillows and blankets to make it a nice space to hang out and watch TV.
The bathroom has a large standing shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover and fluffy towels.
Kitchen + Living Space
This apartment has a small kitchen across from the bed. The kitchen has a retro red refrigerator, a mini dishwasher and a stove/oven. There is also a microwave, toaster and blender. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cups, utensils and cookware so you can create a delicious meal. There is also a small bistro table with seating for 2.
Because this is a studio apartment, there is not an actual living room, but we have done our best to make the bed comfortable and inviting so you can curl up and stream your favorite shows on the large HD TV.

There are train tracks near the building and you may be able to hear train noises, as the trains do pass through Berthoud daily.
Getting Around:
A car is your best option for getting around, however, you can walk to numerous restaurants and shops around Berthoud.
Other Things to Note:
There are many long-term renters that live in this building. Please be respectful of the tenants- Quiet time starts at 10 pm.
