One mile from I-80, you can be to Park City in less than 30 minutes. Whether you're here for work or leisure, our location can't be beat. Right across the street from Alchemy Coffee with restaurants and convenience stores all within walking distance, you can park your car in our private drive and just explore SLC.

Our Downtown Bungalow is an 1800 sqft 3 bedroom / 2 full bath single-family home. Upstairs, you'll find a primary bedroom with queen mattress, a second bedroom that has bunk beds (full & twin), and a full bathroom with tub. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a queen mattress, another full bathroom, laundry room, and big family room. We have a front porch with chairs, backyard, and carport.
