If you don't get out early, you will miss the good spots, so this property is perfect for the true fisherman. • Outdoor Adventures: Explore the nearby Pike National Forest (just 200 yds up the hill) with hiking trails, or spot elk and mule deer. ATV and OHV areas are also just a short drive away!
• Tubing on the river is popular and safe, as the river is usually less than 3 feet deep, but deeper holes do exist. A tuber can run down 10 miles of river if they choose. The water is dam-controlled so it is rarely running fast, but if you have children under 14 years old, I require that they use a life jacket. You need to provide your own watercraft and life jackets.
• A small restaurant, a liquor store, a general store and fly shop are 1 mile away. Ask me about locating guided fly-fishing services!
