The pool/hot tub facility is off-site behind the building and does not allow parking, though it is within walking distance. The facility is closed from May 1 until Memorial Day, then remains open until October 1. It reopens again on November 10.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: This place is very nice. A little bit of noise from construction below is. Great location. The sink in master water pressure not very high and faucet was lose. When i shook out one towel in bathroom a razor blade flew out that was a little concerning but just threw it away. Otherwise stay, location and cleanliness was great!! Would stay here again
