Positive: location 5 miles/ 14 min from Breck slopes. Large enough to accommodate party of 10. Quiet and serene location, yet close to Breck town. Mountain style feel with huge stone fireplace. Easy in and out.

Negative: when we arrived beds were made , but extra linens were piled up on the floor in a closet. We weren’t sure if they were laundered. Washed ourselves , but no laundry soap, had to go buy along with dish soap and dish washing machine soap. Shower and tub needed cleaning. We loved cooking and dining the huge kitchen and dining area, but some working chopping and slicing knives would have been helpful. A printed instruction manual with the house for the fireplace and heater would have been great - also Wifi. cannot access info online with poor Wifi connection.

Summary: wonderful family vacation home. We loved our stay there and made some great memories!
