You're just steps from Breckenridge Ski Resort and a short walk to Main Street’s restaurants, shops, and après-ski scene. In the summer, enjoy easy access to hiking and biking trails, scenic gondola rides, and events downtown.
Getting Around:
A car is optional here. You're walking distance to ski lifts, trails, and local dining. The Breck Free Ride bus system also runs throughout town, making it easy to explore without driving.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
