Warmly furnished with a gas-burning fireplace, flat screen TV's in the living room/master/guest bedrooms, BOSE music station with audio cable to connect to listen to your favorite tunes, antiques, and gas grill (middle burner is the ignition). This Ski & Racquet has everything to make you feel right at home! It also comes fully furnished with books, games, puzzles, coloring books, cards and sporting equipment. The unit comfortably sleeps six (four is ideal)--King in Master, King in Guest room, comfortable Queen sleeper sofa (7 inch mattress pad) in the living room.

We have all the equipment to enjoy playing tennis, PICKLEBALL, volleyball or basketball on OUR OWN COURTS. There is a playground for kids and the biggest sand box for them to play in too. There are also laundry facilities in the covered parking area. We supply the detergent/dryer sheets and basket! You have the ability to park two vehicles in a designated parking spot which is where the elevator is located. There is plenty of additional parking.
