The townhouse is in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood, at the south end of Downtown Breckenridge. It's convenient to walk to everything in town in under 10 minutes.
Pretty much everything you need is walkable, but there is a free shuttle right in front of the complex if you don't feel like walking.
