Welcome to the Summit at DTC (Denver Tech Center). We have created a relaxing and modern space for your visit to Denver. Updated and professionally decorated, this house features a stocked kitchen, new beds & linens, new deck furniture, and private hot tub to relax after a long day of hiking or a concert at Fiddler's Green. Centrally located to lightrail/shops/bars, this private location (on 1/3 acre lot) will make you feel right at home as you relax and enjoy everything Denver has to offer.
Walk into an over-sized entryway, perfect for dropping your luggage, and then head up half a flight of stairs to the open, bright home with large living room and treetop views of the neighborhood.
This is home has been given a fresh look with new LED lighting with dimmers, new furniture in all rooms, and new beds and linens. It is in a very safe residential area with lots of families and friendly neighbors. By car you are minutes to Fiddler's Green (4 min drive or 15-20 min walk through a residential area and some offices), bars, lightrail stations, stores and a shopping mall. Forgot something? There are convenience stores very close to the house as well as multiple Starbucks depending on the direction you are traveling.
The kitchen is loaded with plates, glasses, pans, spices and a coffee bar. Full size fridge, oven and microwave make it easy to prepare meals. Both bedrooms have brand new 55 inch televisions with Netflix/Disney+/Hulu available. There is not a television in the living room, intended for you to gather, play games and plan adventures. The house does have air conditioning and free WiFi.
We provide games for kids and adults, as well as a printed guest book with attractions near the house.
We offer plastic plates, cups, and mugs for use on the deck and ask that no glassware is taken to the hot tub for safety reasons.
Hot tub is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests.
There are stairs to enter the house, to enter the living space, and to get down to the hot tub. We do have a closet on the main floor for large items such as snowboards, skis, golf clubs, etc.
