Beautiful property with a private, walkout entrance and access to a large backyard. Just 5 minutes from Palisade’s wineries and dining, and 40 minutes to Powderhorn Ski Resort. Ideal for couples seeking a romantic getaway or ski retreat. Modern amenities, tons of space, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and stunning sunsets make this a perfect year-round destination. This spot is perfect for couples and pet owners looking to relax, explore, and enjoy wine country.
Tha Pali House:
We have a love for Palisade and everything about this amazing community. This house was renovated in 2022 in an effort to channel this passion into an amazing experience for us and others to enjoy. Brand new HVAC system added in August 2022.
Please keep in mind this is one unit of two in the house and offers it’s own private entrance and amenities. It’s likely there will be other guests staying on the other floor. Because this is the bottom floor of the house there could be some noise transfer if guests are staying upstairs and walking around.
We are a dog friendly listing but there is a one time $50 pet fee when booking. We only allow one dog per stay, but please reach out if you have more than one dog and we may consider exceptions. We also professionally clean all surfaces and bedding between stays to limit residual dog hair and allergens.
LIVING ROOM: Relax and enjoy with a 55" inch smart TV , leisure seating, and high end sectional. Air mattress with additional bedding is available if needed.
DINING ROOM: Round table for up to 6 guests and all the needed utensils and wine glasses for an amazing meal in.
KITCHEN: From kitchen appliances to pots and pans to cooking spices, we have your cooking needs covered so you can enjoy your own food or add a special touch to any food you bring back from the many local food trucks and restaurants.
BEDROOM: Need a good night sleep after a long day enjoying everything Palisade has to offer? This Queen bed with Tuft & Needle Mattress will help. Thoughtful details like charging pads for electronics and comfortable bedding including.
BATHROOM: Beautiful design and comfort. We provide soft linens and travel toiletries for your comfort. Includes a large shower, toilet, sink, and wardrobe to hang your clothes.
SHARED SPACE: The garage and laundry room between units is a shared space with access available once inside.
SAFETY FIRST:
We ensure the space is always safe, but we have a fire extinguisher and first aid kit on hand just in case. Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors are also installed. The property is always professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay. Please note, cleaning fees are paid directly to our local cleaners.
GUEST-FIRST COMMUNICATIONS
Your experience is our first priority. We are here for you and ready to care for you from booking through departure. We strive to respond to inquiries within minutes, not hours, because we know your time is precious and it’s important to get an answer quickly and easily when questions come up.
NOTE: These units are setup to be very spacious and comfortable for two people. Please reach out if you are interested in having more people stay either on the air mattress or couch for an additional fee.

**Property is on a septic tank so please be considerate of what you flush
Guest access
This property is setup with a private entrance on the main floor and a private entrance to the basement via keyless entry lock. There is a shared laundry room and garage between units. You’ll have each unit completely to yourself. Our goal is to provide everything that you might need to be autonomous, but this doesn’t mean that we won’t be available. We’ll be accessible so you won’t be on your own if questions or issues arise!
