After taking over the Alps Motel, we decided we wanted to create a space that encompassed what it was like when the original pioneers came through Leadville to mine for precious metals but with a modern spin. The resultof our craft is a comfortable, modern stay that is perfect for your basecamp in Leadville.

You'll have your own bedroom & private bathroom, both of which are pictured in this listing. The suite has a dining/work table for 2, a smart TV with Netflix & HBO, and a king bed. The vast majority of our guests bring a car, as most of the activities to be enjoyed throughout the mountains are a bit further away than a walk will allow. That said, you're within walking distance to pretty much anything that is within the main Downtown Area of Leadville. There is plenty of free parking is available in our parking lot!

To make sure everyone can enjoy the space, Smoking or Vaping tobacco is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. This includes decks, patios, & the hot tub. You must go to the sidewalk or street to smoke tobacco. We will cancel your reservation if you smoke on the property. Marijuana smoking is fine as long as it's outside. (a fine of $250 will be assessed, if someone smoked inside the room)
