Located at ski-in/out convenience in the popular Double Diamond building at the base of the Telluride Ski Resort and lift 7, this condo is also at easy walking distance to downtown Telluride. Skiing (downhill and cross country), hiking, biking, fishing etc is literally right out the door! There is also access to an outdoor hot tub at the building overlooking the ski resort and lift.
Enter this condo on the 2nd floor of the building. On this floor you will find two guest bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with a twin bunk bed (ideal for kids), guest bathroom with sink (in separate space), shower with tub combo and W/C. There is also a private washer and dryer on this floor.
Upstairs is the living room, dining and fully stocked kitchen. There is also a powder room on this floor. The dining table has comfortable seating for 4 guests with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
This floor has a spacious balcony off the living room with seating and unbeatable mountain views wherever you look; the ski resort and lift 7, box canyon with Ajax mountain and Ingram Falls.
Upstairs on the top floor is the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, desk for working remotely and an en suite bathroom with shower.
Telluride Resort View at Double Diamond features everything you need for a comfortable stay in Telluride. The condo is fully stocked with kitchen ware, linens and towels, paper goods, soaps and toiletries. The entire condo features a lot of natural light via several large windows on each floor as well as two skylight windows.
This condo features towels and linens at 5-star hotel luxury quality throughout and consist of 100% organic Turkish cotton from FrontGate's Resort Collection. All linens are at least 400+ thread count 100% cotton or cotton sateen.
There is free parking across the street at first-come-first-serve basis for up to two (2) vehicles. This condo also has access to a common outdoor hot tub at the building overlooking lift 7 and the ski resort. There is an easy walkway on a heated path directly to the ski lift for easy ski access! There is private ski and boot storage at the condo.
