As you enter the home, you are on the main level with an open floor plan for the dining area, kitchen, breakfast bar seating and living space surrounded by windows offering great views of the mountains. The main floor features beautiful hickory wood floors in the dining area, kitchen, and living area, along with a double-sided gas fireplace, flat screen TV, Sonos sound system throughout the residence, and reading nook. The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, and custom built hickory cabinets. Off the main living area, a deck with the gas grill allows the chef and guests to not only observe the grill master at work but also opportunity to enjoy the majestic lighting on the mountain. Please note the main floor does not have a bathroom.

The laundry with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also on this level. This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets, and please note this home is not suitable for young children.
