Have a perfect Denver experience in this gorgeous and unique home! Previously a corner store and renovated into a gorgeous house, the space offers charming exposed brick, plenty of natural light with large windows, and airy ambiance with 14-foot ceilings. Fully adjustable blinds also allow for privacy.
Great location just outside of downtown. Multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries are within a 15-minute walk. The house is just 1 mile from the 38th & Blake train to the airport.
We have a desks and strong Wi-Fi to allow you to work remotely during your stay. There is a private patio with plenty of seating, a gas fire pit and a BBQ.
The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, full fridge, microwave, dishwasher and TV with AppleTV, including Hulu, Netflix and Prime. There's a Queen size bed with a new mattress, comfy sheets and plenty of plush towels.
Please note, per Denver requirements, this is our full-time residence so there will be some personal belongings around, including spices and other non-perishable items. But otherwise the home will be open for you to make yourself at home! This is our first time listing on vrbo but we have 5-star reviews elsewhere after years of doing vacation rental.
You can park for free on the street in front of the house (please be aware of street sweeping signs April - November).
