The stunning apartment has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and full size laundry! We have equipped this home with everything you will need during your stay, and have purposely made this a perfect rental for a maximum of two people.
The location cannot be beat! Walk out the door and you are steps from Denver City Park, and the Denver Zoo. Downtown Denver is less than 8 minutes away, and there are many restaurants, shops and bars just a few blocks away. The apartment is located on a lovely residential street with ample parking. There is a wonderful Sprouts Grocery store 2 blocks away so you can utilize the kitchen if you choose. There is also a brand new public golf course at City Park, just across the street! We are located less than a 10 minute walk to National Jewish Hospital, a 5 minute drive to Saint Joseph Hospital and a drive 20 minute drive to Children’s Hospital.
When you come back from a busy day exploring Denver retreat home and take full advantage of the big screen TVs, and free high-speed WiFi. The home also has key-less entry, so no need to worry about keys!
We live in a detached home on the property, so we are easily available if you have questions or if any issues arise. We don't share any common areas with the rental and we will leave you alone to do your thing.
