This home also features a 2 car heated garage great for storing skis and boots. Comcast Cable TV and High Speed Internet are included.
Great Location with Tons of Activities. Catch the shuttle to Winter Park Resort just a few steps away for a day of skiing. Go tubing at the Fraser Tubing Hill. Enjoy a day at the Grand Park Community Rec Center with indoor splash park, water slides, lazy river & climbing wall. Take a spa day at Devil's Thumb Ranch where they also offer zip lining, horseback riding & yoga classes. Go hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing or mountain biking in the National Forest with endless trails. The golfing is also outstanding in the area.
