The Space:
I would like guests to be aware that there is a lower area that is used for personal storage and is locked off. Also, I'd like to remind guests that this charming Victorian comes with it's quirks - including signs of age of the home and inefficient ductwork. I have added air conditioning for guest comfort but the bedrooms at the top of the home will be warmer than the lower level.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
