Welcome to Mountain Joy, located just north of historic downtown Breckenridge, featuring unstoppable views of the Breckenridge ski area and the Ten Mile Range, this 5-bedroom home has everything you need and more to make your vacation memorable.
A beautiful great room that has been recently updated boasts high ceilings and large windows, allowing abundant natural light and sightlines to stunning mountain views you will see from comfortable new couches while you enjoy time with family. A large stone fireplace with big screen TV above the mantel is another focal point, making this open space perfect for entertaining. A new updated large kitchen invites the cooks in your group to utilize ample workspace to serve up family meals. There are two islands, each with seating and new countertops. A dining area nearby has seating for eight, or off the kitchen is a breakfast nook with seating for six and a small desk area.
In warmer months, plan on al fresco dining outside on a large deck with a dining table, gas grill and plenty of seating to soak up the sunshine and views. Continue down the wrap-around deck to a firepit with seating and a private hot tub for a well-deserved dip after a long day of adventure. S'mores and star gazing anyone?
On this level is the primary bedroom with a king bed, gas fireplace, TV, breathtaking mountain views and a beautiful ensuite bath with a soaking tub. A laundry room is nearby for your convenience.
On the upper level is a loft area overlooking the great room and views with a rowing machine, sitting area and a desk, perfect for remote working, exercise, or to escape with a good book. Remote workers will enjoy fiber optic high speed internet.
Downstairs is where the fun continues with a large recreation and movie room, complete with a foosball table, a wet bar, gas fireplace, and projection screen for family movie night. A large cozy couch is perfect for relaxing and two swivel recliners allow users to enjoy both the conversation and the incredible views, which can be seen from all the downstairs rooms as well, a true ski vacation dream. Guests will enjoy three king bedrooms on this level and one double twin room, each with its own TV. Two of the rooms have desks with ergonomic chairs, perfect for school or remote work. A second washer and dryer is also on this level.
Other amenities include a garage for one car, driveway parking for 2 cars, private fiber optic 800 mbps internet, Sonos sound system, two half bathrooms and four recliners, two upstairs and two downstairs. Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day.
