The Neighborhood:
This is an exclusive area near the Breckenridge golf course with large lots and sweeping views in a perfect mountain setting. PARKING – 2 cars in the garage and at least 3 more outside of the garage. Campers, camper vans, and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood due to HOA restrictions.
Getting Around:
Enjoy a 10-15 minute walk to the Breckenridge Golf Course and a 5 minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and gondola parking. Breckenridge's best hiking and biking trails just outside the door. A car is recommended with this property.
Guests also have access to a free VIP Mercedes van ski shuttle during ski season - Nov through April! The VIP Mercedes van ski shuttle will drop you off at either of the Breck Resort bases or downtown Breckenridge. You can schedule multiple pick-up times during the day.
The shuttle is an 11-person passenger van. It is best to schedule with them ahead of time if you know approximately when your group will want a ride to the ski area base every day and when they would like a ride back to the house. The company will also do a last-minute pick-up (unscheduled) but the wait time may be a little bit if they are in the middle of another ride. The company is called Plan B Transportation and the phone numbers and instructions will be included with the check-in instructions you receive. Please feel free to call them for more information.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable.If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
