LOCATION: Located in one of Denver's oldest residential neighborhoods. Coveted Park Hill has easy access to Colorado Blvd and I-70 and is central to some of Denver's most fun neighborhoods know for great food, art and open space - RiNo, Cherry Creek, and City Park.
NEED TO KNOW:
- No access to the mailbox; a PO Box is recommended for your stay. Deliveries are welcome.
- Starter supplies provided (~7 days); guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.
- There is a Nest security camera at the front entrance facing the front porch and entry, and another overseeing the garage door and rear entry door.
Guest have access to the entire unit with the exception to the mailbox and garage. A P.O. box is recommended for mail. Package deliveries are welcome.

One of Denver's oldest neighborhoods, Park Hill is a grid of tree-lined streets with single family homes and garden apartments. Ethiopian restaurants stretch along E. Colfax Avenue, while global eateries are scattered around Johnson & Wales University. Nearby City Park hosts free summer concerts and includes the Denver Zoo, plus the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, known for dinosaur fossils & an IMAX theater.
Although some areas are walkable we recommend a car for getting around. Avail Car Sharing is the best option for a rental car from the airport, message us for a $50 off car rental coupon code.
Lyft and Uber are also easily available.
Denver RTD's A-line train will take you between the airport terminal and Union Station downtown with departures every 15-30 minutes for about $10.50 per passenger. Our home is about one mile from the 40th & Colorado station on this line. Tickets are available at the station, on the Lyft app, or on the RTD website.
There are several bus stations along Colorado Boulevard, just blocks from the unit.
