The main living and dining rooms have new carpeting with comfortable furnishings that face the wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV with VCR, DVD and free Wi-Fi access. You can access the private deck with mountain views from the living room.
The dining area offers a table and chairs with seating for 6 persons and additional seating is available at the breakfast bar for 2 with bar stools. In the kitchen, updated appliances and cabinets are accented with a tiled floor and beautiful counter tops.
The lower level master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that has been updated with new vanity and tiled floor with a queen bed. Also on the lower level, the second bedroom also has one queen bed. The second bathroom on this level has also been updated with new tile and vanity.
The third bedroom is great for the kids with three twin bed on is on the third level of the condo in the open loft that overlooks the main living room area. No air conditioning.
Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool, over-sized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.
