Kremmling is a sportsman’s paradise centrally located within an hour from Steamboat, Summit County, RMNP, Grand Lake and Winter Park with access to great hunting, fishing, skiing, hot springs, rafting, boating, and local OHV trails.
The home is a perfect space for a friends or family getaway!

The downstairs master has an en suite bathroom that also opens up to the sitting room for other guests.

Ski within an hour at Steamboat, Copper Mtn, Winter Park - all on the Ikon Pass.
You will have full access to the entire home which includes the main level, our newly finished walk out basement level, both driveways and the deck. There is room for multiple vehicles and trailers on the garage side of the home as well as a driveway on the walkout basement side of the home that can also fit multiple vehicles. There is no access to the garage.
