The classic front facade of South Pacific Townhouse resembles a modern Victorian— with multiple porches, steep gabled roofing, and charming scalloped siding. Guests enter the home from the south entrance, where you’ll find convenient PARKING and a large DECK with plenty of seating and magnificent views. On the main level, there’s a comfy and inviting GREAT ROOM— where everyone can gather together easily. In the LIVING ROOM, there’s a leather sofa, armchair, and a built-in window seat that overlooks the front porch. A stone fireplace and large HDTV create an ideal spot to watch your favorite TV show or simply curl up with a good book by the fire.
A DINING AREA has a farmhouse-style table with seating for six and seamlessly blends the living area with the KITCHEN. Natural wood cabinets and granite tile countertops provide plenty of storage and workspace.
