Solar Way House has spectacular views with designer taste throughout the home. Our comfortable & cozy home is ideal for family & friends who like to chill in a very private setting or enjoy outdoor activities.
Located on 2.5 acres, our home is 15min from Aspen / Highlands & 10min from Snowmass & Buttermilk chair lifts. Our home is 15min away from charming Basalt where fly fishing is available year round and where you will find a Whole Foods Market.
The living room, dining table and kitchen are open with incredible views. The master bedroom has a cozy king bed with a bath tub & shower in the bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen bed with a stunning views, its own bathroom and direct access to the main deck. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds for kids and has its own bathroom.
Our short, private driveway at the end of Solar Way provides total privacy with beautiful views. Even though we have a professional plowing service, you will need a 4x4 to drive up and down the hill. The property comes with a large heated garage lets you park 1 vehicle. Off the garage is a mud room that connects to the kitchen.
