The space
This house is sure to please with its open concept living space, and mountain modern aesthetic. Windows flood the house with natural light and views galore. You will be extra cozy in the brand new beds, couches and linens. The kitchen is well appointed for groups who like to cook. There is a wood burning fireplace that is sure to warm your feet after a long day of skiing.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite full bathroom, and is located on the 3rd floor. The other 2 bedrooms are on the first level. In one bedroom has a queen sized bed, and in the other has a twin over full sized bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own Roku TV. The first floor is also equipped with a full bathroom and adjacent laundry room.

You will love the low key vibe that West Vail has to offer. Park your car in the 2 assigned parking spots and walk to the free Town of Vail bus stop just steps away. Or you can grab your fishing poles to go fishing in Gore Creek that runs right next to the development. Behind the house is open space with many trails for hiking and walking. Getting around
This unit is located less than 1 mile from the West Vail exit off of I-70. It has 2 parking spots- 1 covered carport spot and 1 surface lot spot. Steps away is the free Town of Vail bus that stops every 20 minutes throughout the day. On a bike, you can easily connect to the Gore Valley Trail and ride east into Vail or go west on the Eagle Valley Trail. Uber and Lyft also exist in Vail, though can be limited availability at times.
