With room for everyone to relax and spread out, this multi-level home offers comfort, space, and stunning mountain views from nearly every window.
On the entry level, you'll find a cozy living area, a full bathroom, and the perfect bunk room for kids or larger groups—featuring three bunk beds (two twin-over-queen and one twin-over-twin) and plenty of space to unwind.
Head upstairs to the main level, where a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area welcomes you in. Vaulted ceilings, a grand stone gas fireplace, and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains create the perfect gathering space. This level also includes two private bedrooms: a queen bedroom with a full bathroom just outside the door, and a serene primary suite with a queen bed, attached private bath, and a gas fireplace for those crisp Colorado nights.
The top level features a fun and cozy loft lounge—complete with comfy couches, a TV, and an impressive movie collection—sure to be a favorite hangout for the kids. Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
