Cook up an entire feast, a quick lunch, or maybe just something warm to drink in the kitchen. Enjoy a full size fridge with an ice-maker, electric range and oven, microwave, waffle maker, air fryer, crock pot and liners, toaster, mixer, high speed blender, dishwasher and more! There is a coffee, tea and hot chocolate station with a Keurig coffee machine that brews both K-cups AND whole pots. We provide some K-cups, hot Chocolate, ground coffee, assorted teas, cream, sugar and sugar free sweetener.
Gather around the dining table to enjoy a home cooked meal. Bar stools are back ordered and will be in soon. .
Living Room
The living room is comfy. Watch your favorite shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV. We also have a Xbox X Series with 2 controllers. The opposite side has a pair of comfy chairs and table with Amazon Echo Studio Smart Speaker and a set of classic games like face cards, Dominoes, Uno and Codenames.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms feature new, super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and we provide fresh, high quality linens for your comfort. Each mattress and pillow has Allerease Maximum Allergy & Bedbug Protection. The master has a king bed. There are side tables with lamps and an Amazon Echo smart alarm clock. The master bedroom has a private walk-in bathroom with a large walk in shower, large sink vanity, toilet area and a large walk in closet. The second and third bedroom has new, super comfy queen size mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and we provide fresh, high quality linens for your comfort. The third bedroom has the dedicated workspace with an electric sit / stand desk, wired and wireless connected 32 SmartTV screen and HP Printer and Scanner.
Children
Those travelling with little ones will find our family friendly unit with electric outlets covered, sippy cups, pack n play crib and a high chair.
Laundry
There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in our apartment, and we provide a few laundry pods for you to use.
Bathrooms
In addition to the master bath, there is a full bathroom with full size bathtub and shower. We provide spa quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, tissues and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.
Outdoor
There is a parking garage with a remote. There is also one more parking spot included.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property. This includes the pool (seasonal), hot tub (seasonal), grills, exercise equipment / gym (open 24 hours).

ADDITIONAL FEES: We have put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check ins or late check outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. Please message us ahead of time for pricing.
Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside on the patio. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home - loss of security deposit will occur.
