Our Villa, in the center of Colorado Springs, offers the comfort of your own home with a spectacular view of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains. Accommodations include 2 newly renovated bedrooms with queen-size beds. Bedrooms have large closets with hangers, and if needed, and iron and board. The West bedroom offers a great view of Pikes Peak. The kitchen, complete with a new refrigerator and dish washer, electric stove, has all the appliances and utensils, including a Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Look out the kitchen window and you’ll see beautiful Pikes Peak of Katherine Lee Bates’s memorial poem and song America the Beautiful.
The spacious dining area can seat 12, and the living room has a wide screen TV with Comcast services plus WiFi. The “Blue Room” easily serves as an office with a small desk and WiFi as well. The newly refurbished bathroom includes a full tub and shower, new lights and a vanity, a hair dryer, plus big towels and complimentary soaps and shampoo.
