We have a wonderful long term tenant upstairs and my wife and I live next door. . Our recent remodel included ceiling insulation and double sheetrock ceilings, so noise is not an issue. We are very laid back, but we do not allow smoking or drugs. We cater to couples, business travelers and families. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere.
