We are a quick drive to all of Denver's hot areas and sporting attractions such as Cherry Creek, Downtown, Rino District and more!

Upon walking in, you'll immediately be greeted by the natural light and welcoming feel of our Denver Square townhome. Modern renovations bring the comfort of daily living while still keeping some subtle original elements that bring historic charm. The main floor has an open concept living room, dining & kitchen, completed with a half bath and designated desk area. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and a washer and dryer is conveniently located in the basement. Upstairs you will find the 2 spacious bedrooms and the fully renovated bathroom. Comfort is our top priority with each bedroom being equipped with a King Casper Mattress & Pillows. We provide all the essential house hold items to keep your travel accessories to a minimum!
Outside:
The private backyard is your oasis to enjoy the abundance of sun we receive year round in Denver! Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or make dinner on our BBQ Grill at night. If you want to get out and explore, we have restaurants within walking distance in all directions and Wash Park is an enjoyable 15-20 minute walk away. Pick from some of our favorite local food spots (Uncle, Lucile's or Bon Ami) or walkover to Broadway for an array of restaurants, bars, shops and more!
We have easy access to the Cherry Creek Biking and Walking Trail which connects you to all of the city's best attractions. Bike the trail to Nuggets, Avs or Bronco's games or simply take the trail out for a day of fun!

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
The fireplace is non-operational
Pets are allowed and we charge a $100 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets or a multiple month stay.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
PARKING:
You have 2 designated spots and there is ample street parking
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. We do have baby gates and outlet protectors. Guests may remove these before you arrive. We leave additional outlet covers in kitchen drawers.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date).
