This private and spacious 2 bedroom, basement guest suite, in our home, has everything you need: private entrance, plenty of free parking, 2 queen beds, full kitchen with full stove and oven, 3/4 bathroom, washer and dryer, and work spaces. The only shared space is our "wild" backyard. Some parts feel like a little forest in the city.
Just over 1000SF, it easily accommodates 2 couples, small families, or even solo adventurers. Many sites and necessities are within walking distance, with easy access to the to the freeway.
We do live upstairs with one furry baby. Although we do our best to tread lightly, there will be noise from time to time.
