Positive: This house was perfect for us. Our house was under repair and as we both work in Aurora, the location was great. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was very clean upon our arrival and while not a huge space, it was fine for the 2 of us and our dogs for the week. The house backs up to a park, which is great for walking the dogs. Also, very good, friendly communication from the homeowner. House was well stocked w cookware, plates, drinking glasses & utensils. Appliances are new and clean. No spices stored up other than salt and pepper. There are a couple grocery stores very close by though. A pleasant stay, overall.

Negative: The climate control wasn't great. The air conditioning is not central air. There is a swamp cooler vent in the middle of the hallway between the bedrooms and two portable ac units--one in the living room and one in the main bedroom. We stayed during a mid-August heatwave where temps hit 100°, and all except the unit in the main bedroom were pretty ineffectual. Late afternoon and early evening were pretty darned hot in the house. This might or might not be an issue depending on the time of year you go. Also, we only used 1 bedroom. Kept our clothes in the smaller of the 3. Listing says the bed is full sized but it looked more like a twin.
