Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway that is located right off the Fruit and Wine Byway! This unique casita is perfect for relaxation, biking, hiking, wine tours, local fruit stands, and all the lovely activities the Grand Valley and Palisade have to offer! This quaint cottage has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, satellite Tv and Wi-Fi, and the back patio has a fire ring, BBQ grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. The yard area is not fenced but is very private and is surrounded by fields that offer views of the Grand Mesa from the back patio! This is also a great location for those who love to stargaze! The owner lives up the road, past the casita about a 1/4 mile and has 2 dogs of their own that roam freely. If you are bringing a pet, please be sure they are leashed when outside and are not allowed to roam up to their property. The back patio is secluded from their view and is very private.
When you enter this endearing cottage, you are instantly drawn in by its charming layout and decor. Immediately to your left, you will find a full bathroom with shower that has everything you will need for your stay. As you continue down the entrance, to your left you will be greeted by the most well-equipped yet adorable kitchen that has everything from a full refrigerator to a dishwasher and oven, to a bar area with stools that opens up to the living space. The living room is spacious and well-lit with a comfy sofa that pulls out to become an extra bed, and there's also a satellite TV for your enjoyment. To the left of the living room, is a lovely bedroom with a king-sized bed, satellite TV, walk-in closet, and sliding glass door that opens to the private patio area. This patio area is secluded and equipped with a fire ring, BBQ grill, picnic table and tiki lamps. This little hideaway will become a cherished favorite!
